Achieve Your 2021 Running and Fitness Goals

Knowing how much running to do, how to do it and when to do it is sometimes difficult. You deserve a running coach to help you become a better runner and encourage you to have fun while your training.   Total Image Running has collaborated with super-fit twin sisters, Jill Rand and Mary Peace to offer two new running training programs.  Commit to these programs and we guarantee you will have fun training with the twins!  Our programs include everything you need to stay motivated and crush your running goals.

• OUR PROGRAMS •

Running training program - the first session begins January 4, 2021

$149 per person / 10-week program  

This program is geared for people new to running, wishing to run without stopping, or those getting back into the routine after some time off.  It will prepare you for the 5k and 4M distances through a fun and supportive environment.  

INCLUDED IN YOUR PROGRAM:​

  • 10-week downloadable print at home running plan including detailed workout descriptions and instructions.

  • Once a week Zoom meeting with the coaches. Day initiated by the group.

  • Once a week outdoor in-person coach-led workout. 5:45 p.m. every Wednesday. Meeting at local parks in Manchester.

  • Weekly email check-ins to go over questions and your progress with the trainers.

  • Access to our private training Facebook group.

  • Warm-up prior to each in-person workout. Stretches post-workout.

  • FREE one year Run Walk Brew social club membership. Promotes socialization and community outreach.

  • Run Walk Brew tank or t-shirt.

  • Cross-training opportunities during outings with our Run Walk Club members. Such as snowshoeing, hiking, runs, and walks.

  • Running-specific training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.

  • Nutrition tips, and motivation posted on our private Facebook group page.  

  • 20% discount off Total Image Running signature races:  The Super Chili Bowl 5k and Shamrock & Shenanigans 4 Miler.   

*For everyone's safety, during in-person meetings, coaches and trainees will keep a safe distance (at least 6 feet apart) from one another.  Face coverings will be required pre and post-workout.  They are not required during your workout.    

RUN FASTER program - the first session begins January 4, 2021 

$99 per person / 8-week plan

This program is geared to those who are looking to run more efficiently, increase their speed all why remaining injury-free, and having fun.

  • 8-week downloadable print at home running plan including detailed workout descriptions and instructions.

  • Once a week Zoom meeting with the coaches. Day initiated by the group.

Jill is an avid runner and hiker that found her passion for running while searching for a healthy outlet. It didn’t take her long to realize that running, especially distance running wasn’t just for fitness but a way to clear her head and prove to herself what she is capable of, pushing herself to new distances and PRs. She has always found a strong support system in the fitness community and the running community is even stronger. The trails are her happy place and she spends a lot of her free time in the White Mountains. She believes anyone can accomplish any goal they put their mind to with support from friends and a strong community!

Mary has had a passion for exercise and movement since she was 3 years old when she stepped into a dance studio and realized what our bodies are truly capable of. As an avid runner, hiker, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, group exercise instructor and cycle instructor, Mary knows that your body is only capable of what your mind believes is possible. As a Total Image Running Coach and trainer, she was wants to help everybody find their solace in running, love the pace they are at and strive to be the best version of themselves.
