RUN STRONGER TRAINING PROGRAM
The miles go by fast when you're in good company. Get the best endurance running tips and training from our inspiring coaches while staying motivated, injury-free, run faster and longer. Join our spring RUN STRONGER training program, and get ready for some fun!
The RUN STRONGER training will focus on those training for any distance. You must be able to run at least 3 miles without stopping.
START DATE: Monday, June 6, 2022
PROGRAM: 6-weeks
CELEBRATORY RACE: The program will culminate with the Christmas in July 5K on Sunday, July 10, 2022. We offer both in-person and virtual registration.
PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

Your coaches will teach you how to incorporate mobility, stretching, core work, and strength/functional fitness into your training. You will get stronger, run stronger, run better, and stay injury-free. Our group run will be physically distant but socially connected. From caring, motivating coaches, support from your group, and team camaraderie you will all come together in a new, meaningful way to help bring a sense of normalcy to your running routine. All running paces are welcome, but a base of three miles is recommended for both of our programs.
Once you register you will receive an email from your coaches with more details about the program and answer your questions/concerns.
The CDC updated its guidelines for mask-wearing. Local businesses can continue to have rules in place that are different from the CDC guidelines. This includes the mask policy we have implemented at all of our Total Image Running training group runs. Masks are not required but recommended for those unvaccinated. Face coverings are not necessary during your run.
We continue to monitor this situation going forward and adjust accordingly when it makes the most sense for our company, staff, and trainees.

MEET THE COACHES

Jillan Rand
Jill is an avid runner and hiker that found her passion for running while searching for a healthy outlet. It didn’t take her long to realize that running, especially distance running wasn’t just for fitness but a way to clear her head and prove to herself what she is capable of, pushing herself to new distances and PRs. She has always found a strong support system in the fitness community and the running community is even stronger. The trails are her happy place and she spends a lot of her free time in the White Mountains. She believes anyone can accomplish any goal they put their mind to with support from friends and a strong community!

Mary has had a passion for exercise and movement since she was 3 years old when she stepped into a dance studio and realized what our bodies are truly capable of. As an avid runner, hiker, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, group exercise instructor and cycle instructor, Mary knows that your body is only capable of what your mind believes is possible. As a Total Image Running Coach and trainer, she was wants to help everybody find their solace in running, love the pace they are at and strive to be the best version of themselves.
