Achieve Your 2021 Running and Fitness Goals

Get spring running ready with our inspiring coaches and a new group of friends to train with. Choose from our RUN FASTER, 10K or 10M programs, and get ready for some fun!

 

START DATE: Monday, March 15th for ALL groups. 

 

PROGRAM: 8-weeks

 

CELEBRATORY RACE: The program will culminate with the Total Image Running 10M, 10K, and 10M relay Saturday, May 8th. We offer both in-person and virtual registration.

Your coaches will teach you how to incorporate mobility, stretching, core work, and strength/functional fitness into your training. You will get-stronger, run-stronger, run-better, and stay-injury-free.  Our group run will be physically distant but socially connected. From caring, motivating coaches, support from your group, and team camaraderie you will all come together in a new, meaningful way to help bring a sense of normalcy to your running routine. All running paces are welcome, but a base of three miles is recommended for the 10K and 10M programs.

All runners will be required to wear face coverings before and after the run. They may be removed while running as long as you remain 6' apart from others or are with family/friends that you are comfortable being around unmasked.

 

Once you register you will receive an email from your coaches with lots more detail about the program and answer your questions/concerns.

Thinking about training for a 10K or 10 miler?  Yahoo!  These are really fun race distances.  There is no better way to train than in this fun and supportive environment.  This training program will get you to the finish line safely and successfully!

MEET THE COACHES

Jillan Rand

Jill is an avid runner and hiker that found her passion for running while searching for a healthy outlet. It didn’t take her long to realize that running, especially distance running wasn’t just for fitness but a way to clear her head and prove to herself what she is capable of, pushing herself to new distances and PRs. She has always found a strong support system in the fitness community and the running community is even stronger. The trails are her happy place and she spends a lot of her free time in the White Mountains. She believes anyone can accomplish any goal they put their mind to with support from friends and a strong community!

Mary Peace

Mary has had a passion for exercise and movement since she was 3 years old when she stepped into a dance studio and realized what our bodies are truly capable of. As an avid runner, hiker, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, group exercise instructor and cycle instructor, Mary knows that your body is only capable of what your mind believes is possible. As a Total Image Running Coach and trainer, she was wants to help everybody find their solace in running, love the pace they are at and strive to be the best version of themselves.
