This program is geared to those who are looking to run more efficiently increase your speed all why remaining injury free and having fun.   $99 per person / 8 week plan

 

INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM

  • 8-week downloadable print at home plan schedule plan with detailed workout description and instruction. 

  • Once a week in person coach-led workouts.

  • Dynamic warm up prior to each in person workout.  Stretches post workout.

  • Once a week zoom meeting with the coaches.  Day to be determined by group. 

  • Coaches will keep you accountable and motivated with email communications.

  • Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.

  • Running, nutrition topics and motivation posted on our private group Facebook group page.  

  • One year Run Walk Brew social club membership.  Our club promotes social and spirit activities. 

  • Run Walk Brew tank or t-shirt.

  • *For everyone's safety, during in person meetings, coaches and trainees will keep a safe distance (at least 6 feet apart) from one another.  Face coverings will be required pre and post workout.  They are not required during your workout.
