Program begins January 4, 2021

This program is geared for people new to running, wishing to run without stopping or those getting back into the route after some time off.  It will prepare you for the 5k and 4M distances through a fun and supportive environment.  


  • 10-week downloadable print at home training schedule with detailed workout description and instruction. 

  • Once a week in person coach-led workouts.

  • Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.

  • Once a week zoom group check-in with the coaches.  Day initiated by the group. 

  • Coaches will keep you accountable and motivated with email communications.

  • Race preparation advice.

  • Training and race day nutrition guidelines and overall nutrition and hydration recommendations to perform at your best.

  • Access to private Facebook group page where coaches will posts training topics and keep you motivated.

  • One year Run Walk Brew social club membership.  Our club promotes social and spirit activities.  

  • Run Walk Brew tank or t-shirt.

  • 20% discount off Total Image Running signature races:  The Super Chili Bowl 5k and Shamrock & Shenanigans 4 Miler. 

  • Running topics and motivation posted on our private Facebook group page.
