At Total Image Running, we pride ourselves on supporting, and giving back to our community.  Races have been forced to cancel and or postpone but, we still want to do our part to help those in need during these difficult times.  This is why we've created Going the Social Distance Virtual 6 Mile Weekly Challenge in an effort to promote wellness, while proper social distancing (staying 6 feet apart) and support our local food bank during the current health crisis.  The proceeds from this event will be donated to the NH Food Bank as part of the Feeding America campaign.

CHARITY:  NH Food Bank

WHAT YOU GET:  A short sleeve shirt, downloadable bib, downloadable training plan, weekly tips and motivation on our social channels (Facebook and Instagram)

COST:  $23.00 - proceeds donated to the NH Food Bank

DATE:  Virtual challenge begins Wednesday, April 1st and ends May 3rd. 5 weeks total.   With the exception of the first week, each week begins on Monday and ends Sunday.

HOW IT WORKS:  Run, walk or jog one 6 mile distance each week.  If you run more than 6, you rock!

EMAIL US YOUR MILEAGE:  We keep track of your mileage for you!!  Email us  Sunday of each week with the day you completed the 6 mile distance.  If you want to send us your total mileage for the week, go for it!  You can email us a screen shot of your weekly runs if that is easier.

YOUR NAME IN LIGHTS:  Weekly results, and photos you post on Facebook, can be found on our Total Image Running RESULTS web page.  Keep those photos coming....we love them!!

WEEKLY PRIZES:  We've partnered with local businesses that have donated weekly prizes!  As long as you send us proof of your 6 mile run, jog or walk for the week then you will be entered in our weekly drawing.  1 winner will be drawn each Monday posted and announced live on our social channels.  First prize will be drawn April 6th.

GRANDE PRIZE!  Complete your 6 mile run, jog or walk all 5 weeks, for a total of 30 miles, and your name will be entered in our Grande Prize drawing!  Stay tuned for details!

MOTIVATION...We got you covered!  Follow us on Facebook for live training tips and inspiration.  You are not alone.  We are in this together!

PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING:  When running outdoors avoid crowds, keep 6 feet away from anyone near you, do not run with more than 2 people and stay away from anyone who is not feeling well or ill.
