FROSTY FEET WINTER CHALLENGE

10-Week Challenge!

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES MIDNIGHT 12/19/2022   

 All participants will receive a Frosty Feet Winter Challenge long-sleeve event shirt and the option to purchase a Total Image Running pom winter hat. Grab a friend/family member/buddy and create a team or take the solo challenge! This challenge is all about accountability and offers four distance options: 50, 100, 200, or 300 miles.  You are allowed to run, walk, snowshoe, swim, cross country ski, hike or cycle.  Upload your activity every week, share your photos on our private Frosty Feet Facebook page.

Sunday, December 19, 2021 - Monday, February 28, 2022 

This challenge can be completed as a team or individually.   

NOTE: each person on the team must complete the minimum miles per week

(ex: a team of 5 running 10 miles per week will have logged 50 miles by the end of the week)

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Register for the event.  

  • Must log a minimum of:

    • 5 miles per week / 50-mile challenge

    • 10 miles per week / 100-mile challenge

    • 20 miles per week / 200-mile challenge.

  • It's your choice run, walk, snowshoe, swim, cross country ski, hike or cycle.

  • Track your mileage and submit it.  Instructions are outlined below.

  • Post pictures and share on any social media channel with #totalimagerunning #frostyfeetwinterchallenge

  • Post, motivate, and inspire each other on our private Frosty Feet Challenge Facebook page.

  • Weekly motivation and training tips.

  • Weekly social distanced outdoor group run/walks available on Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m.  Locations will be posted on our Frosty Feet Challenge Facebook page. 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS:

Tracking your mileage is super easy. Once you do it a few times you'll get the hang of it!

  • Go to totalimagerunning.com/RESULTS >> Click FROSTY FEET WINTER CHALLENGE from the results list.

  • Click the "Submit Virtual Results" button at the top of the page

  • Select Activity.  Be sure to specify run, walk, snowshoe, swim, cross country ski, hike or cycle.

  • Date completed.

  • Add distance in miles.  

  • Time is optional.

  • Click "Submit Activity"

  • Done!  Results are automatically updated! Watch your miles add up!
