Bib pick-up will be on race day only. Upon arrival, go directly to the bib-pickup tents, retrieve your bib, and proceed to the coned wave start area. Our staff will be there to greet you, ask your race pace, then direct you to a coned area according to your chosen pace. All cones will be spaced out to ensure social distancing. As per usual, faster-paced participants will head out first.
We will be sending out participants 5 at a time. At the start/finish line, you will be directed to stand at one of the 5 marked areas that will be staggered and spaced 6 feet apart. OFFICIAL CHARITY - FOR THE LOVE OF DOG
For The Love of Dog is a unique, 501(c)3 non-profit founded in 2004 by a group of like-minded Rottweiler lovers who wanted to avoid the politics of other rescues. Over the course of time (and Hurricane Katrina), the group included the very-misunderstood bully breeds on a limited basis, as well as an occasionally mixed breed, and even a kitten! For the Love of Dog is funded solely on donations, adoption fees, grants, and fundraisers. The organization also receives funding through weekly BINGO events under the New Hampshire State Lottery’s Charitable Gaming Division. The group has no paid staff and all intake, adoption, fundraising, fostering, and administrative tasks are done by volunteers.
